By using the most current 3D MEP modelling software (Autodesk MEP, Autodesk Revit MEP and CADMEP) in line with clash detection and management software – Autodesk Navisworks Manage and BIM Track – we are able to validate that our spatially coordinated MEP building services models are compliant with client’s specified/engineering standards. This process also allows us to point out installation tolerances and clearances required.
BIM models are checked to be in line with all structural and architectural elements within a building as well as all other services. All of this is available to project teams via the cloud-based management software we use to keep all stakeholders up to date.
