Commissioned to manage the BIM services coordination process between all trades 3D models and deliver a site reviewed as built model with minimum data attributes added. Produced a BIM clash review and report of the BIM design models, architectural and structural as well as the contractors was provided. Managed the construction engineering BIM coordination. Produced a project BIM execution plan and outline report which was provided to the various project teams.
